Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her university education. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of the year. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in, was delighted with the result. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is the back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull downs. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
